Jason Goodman received his undergraduate degree from Penn State in 2009 in Microbiology with a minor in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Jason is currently completing his Ph.D. in Food Science studying the intersection of Taste, Diet, and the Microbiome at Cornell University. While there, he co-founded Antithesis Foods, a food technology company working to make better-for-you foods through cutting edge food science. Their first product is Grabanzos, a crunchy chocolate snack powered by chickpeas.
